The
PRO EAD (PROFILAKTIKA, REHABILITATSIYA AND OTDIH EAD), Branch Pavel Banya (Recuperative Complex - Pavel
Banya) is a well-known national spa
centre for the treatment of diseases of the locomotory system and
the nervous system. The mineral water is used in various procedures
in the therapeutic centres.
Situated
in the beautiful Rose Valley, surrounded by mountains and green
forests, the Recuperative Complex also offers excellent conditions
for holidaymaking and recreation. It has a complete infrastructure:
A hotel base consisting of three eight-storey blocks, connected with
covered passages, with a total capacity of 480 beds. Each room
has two beds a bathroom and toilet and a balcony. There is also one
suite on each floor. The hotel is categorized as two-star. There are
shops, day bars, a druggists', a newsagent's, a conference hall, a
cinema hall and an Internet club in the covered passages.
A restaurant part, consisting of:
The Bulgaria Restaurant - 180 places and a summer garden.
The Lagouna Restaurant - 80 places, also works as a disco in the
evening.
A panorama bar-and-restaurant on the eighth floor of Block À with
100 places.
The Rehabilitation centre – it includes all sections of
modern balneology, rehabilitation and physical therapy: a spa
sector - 30 baths, including for underwater extension,
underwater massage, medicated and herbal baths; an indoor pool with
mineral water for underwater therapeutic exercise; saunas;
solariums; a kinesitherapy sector – therapeutic
exercise /group or individual/, therapeutic massage /manual or by
devices/, manipulative treatment; a fitness hall; a heat
treatment centre - paraffin treatment; a physical
therapy sector - 20 cubicles for electric and light treatment,
an electric stimulation room; diagnostic sector - a X-ray
room, a clinical laboratory, and an osteodosimetry room.
The
Recuperative Complex also has a sports base: a
football playground, a volleyball playground, a basketball playground,
a tennis court. There are well-made jogging tracks in the area.
The
Recuperative Complex works all the year round
and has a highly qualified staff.
